Requirements

What you’ll need

Recent, real-world experience shipping production software with AI tools
Precise prompting and rapid iteration when AI output misses the mark
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated code, tests, and logic
Strong engineering fundamentals and architectural judgment
Ability to identify hallucinations, shallow error handling, missing edge cases, and overconfident logic
Comfortable translating rough briefs into working software and iterating toward solutions
Ability to use Claude, Cursor, and Pi AI agent as primary development tools
Ability to write and stress-test AI-generated test suites
Willingness to participate in pod rituals and keep current with AI techniques
