About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers with their Stratasys printers
- Perform installations, general maintenance, upgrades, and preventative maintenance
- Provide customer training
- Build ongoing customer relationships as the face of Stratasys
- Travel regularly to customer sites
- Work remotely while traveling to customer locations
- Travel up to 70–80% daily to customer locations
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year in a field service/representative role
- 1+ year of hands-on mechanical or electrical experience
- Reliable personal vehicle, excluding motorcycles and bicycles, with space for tools and equipment
- Must live within the Richmond, Virginia or Washington, D.C. market
- Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Must complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Nice to have: 2-year Technical Degree
- Nice to have: Additional year of mechanical/electrical experience
- Nice to have: Experience with Additive Manufacturing, 3D printing, and/or CAD/CAM
- Nice to have: Remote work experience
- Nice to have: Proficient in computer technology
