About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of important customers and ensure deployment success and customer value
  • Grow customer relationships from initial pilot to organisation-wide and multi-country rollout
  • Work directly with C-suite and sales leadership to understand business models, commercial priorities, markets, segments, and accounts
  • Translate customer priorities into STRATOS product requirements
  • Define solution capabilities and work with engineers to ensure they are built correctly
  • Present results and impact to customer decision-makers
  • Advise customers after go-live and help them act on data-driven insights
  • Serve as trusted advisor on commercial strategy, sales force organisation, and market priorities
  • Own customer deployment, relationship, and results end to end
  • Drive portfolio growth through expansion into new use cases and markets
  • Translate customer insights into the product roadmap and own delivery with engineering through release
  • Shape deployment and scaling standards, tooling, and team development
  • Coach other Commercial Product Managers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Owned a complex piece of work end to end, including scoping, stakeholder alignment, delivery, and accountability for outcomes
  • Experience running engagements rather than only staffing them
  • Able to hold credibility with experienced commercial directors and change minds with evidence
  • Comfortable performing independent data analysis
  • Able to explain complex topics to non-technical audiences
  • Genuine interest in how industrial businesses make money, including pricing, channels, sales coverage, and market structure
  • German is useful but not required
  • Willingness to travel to some customer sites, mostly within Europe
  • London-based and able to work 3 days a week in the Farringdon office
