Own sponsored campaign delivery end to end from signed contract through launch, live delivery and wrap-up across every format, including challenges and additional promotion
Turn contracts into delivery plans and set up campaigns in internal tools
Brief copy, creative and localisation teams and manage contractors and internal teams to deadlines
Run pre-launch QA on copy, assets and targeting against the contract
Monitor live delivery, identify risks and decide whether to optimise, reallocate or escalate
Bring partner-facing recommendations to Account Managers
Support renewal conversations with activation recaps
Work with and coach external contractors across time zones
Improve delivery processes, templates and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years running multi-channel or multi-format campaigns end to end, in sponsorship, partnerships, media, agency or platform environments
Track record of owning delivery across multiple concurrent campaigns, partners and stakeholders, and hitting dates
Strong judgement under pressure
Confident partner-facing communicator, comfortable presenting results and managing expectations
Exceptional attention to detail without losing sight of the outcome
Comfortable with processes still evolving, and wants to improve them
Located within commutable distance of London
Willing to work in a flexible hybrid model with more than half of time on-site — three days per week
