Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–7+ years of experience as a Motion Designer
  • Portfolio demonstrating independent execution across a range of formats and complexity, ideally including brand or campaign work
  • Strong proficiency with After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong brand judgment and ability to make creative decisions independently
  • Track record of managing projects end-to-end, anticipating production needs, and prioritizing under pressure
  • Collaborative, solutions-first approach
  • Rive experience is not required; willingness to learn Rive is welcomed
  • Cinema 4D or Spline experience is a plus
  • UI/UX motion experience is a plus
  • Must work on-site three days per week in the San Francisco or New York City office
