About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the subscription strategy and roadmap to increase free-to-paid conversion and long-term subscriber retention
  • Design and drive rigorous experiments across pricing, packaging, messaging, and value proposition positioning
  • Understand and improve the holistic user journey from discovery through subscription
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, research, and marketing to deliver high-quality experiences
  • Track and own subscription health metrics, including conversion rates, churn, renewals, and lifetime value
  • Communicate experimentation strategy, performance, and trade-offs to product peers and leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience managing global subscription products, conversion funnels, or driving growth in consumer software
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing and evaluating results
  • Experience evaluating conversion rate, trial-to-paid, plan mix shift, and lifetime value
  • Calm, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to prioritize work and solve complex problems while balancing user experience with revenue impact
  • Clear communication skills and ability to build consensus across product, engineering, data, design, research, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Must be able to work onsite in the San Francisco office roughly three days per week
  • Willingness to relocate to the SF Bay Area if not currently located there
  • Visa sponsorship status must be disclosed
