About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design new features for TikFinity’s web dashboard, mobile app, and agency portal from CPO briefing through developer-ready handoff
- Define every view and state required by each feature, including unbriefed states
- Rework existing screens where usability or visual quality falls short
- Build and maintain the Figma component library for consistent web and mobile design
- Hand off finished designs to the Product Owner and developers
- Think proactively about the product and challenge briefings when user experience requires it
- See designs implemented live for TikFinity creators
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of professional UI/UX design experience on SaaS applications; this is a hard requirement
- Strong UX thinking, including flows, states, and information architecture
- Strong UI design and pixel-level visual quality
- Experience designing web applications; mobile app experience ideally
- Ability to understand complex product dependencies
- Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and prototyping
- Independent working style and product initiative
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Based in Germany or Austria, or within two hours of that time zone
