About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead construction crews performing concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and structural strengthening projects
  • Supervise field crews on site and accurately estimate labor requirements
  • Develop crew schedules and ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
  • Complete daily field reports, purchase orders, delivery tickets, and speed memos
  • Ensure safe, proper, and productive operation of tools and equipment
  • Assist Project Managers in evaluating project production rates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in general construction, including at least 2 years in a Leadman or similar position
  • Ability to supervise up to 10 technicians with minimal subcontract oversight
  • Ability to read, interpret, and execute construction drawings and contract specifications
  • Advanced working knowledge of concrete repair, carpentry, rebar, sandblasting, and equipment operation
  • Established commitment to safety
  • Experience producing look-ahead schedules and working with construction documents
  • Effective communication with customers, crews, and project teams
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, Procore, SAP, and similar construction applications
  • Willingness to travel out of town when required
  • Bilingual Spanish/English candidates may be given preference
