About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide project and account management support to assigned Salesforce projects
Own overall delivery and manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple parallel engagements
Develop, document, and maintain project plans, status reports, and issue and risk tracking logs
Develop project strategies and plans with project and delivery leaders
Forecast project resources and communicate resourcing needs throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project budgets and resolve variances with clients and project teams
Manage daily project and team operations to meet deliverables and achieve successful completion
Implement effective project management processes and best practices
Follow internal project processes and status reporting procedures
Manage scope creep and requests differing from original specifications
Ensure deliverable quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control
Coach and mentor teams in agile best practices when appropriate
Deliver quality technology solutions and create customer value
Comply with applicable industry and client privacy and security standards
Identify growth opportunities within projects and client organizations
Manage client relationships and expectations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or better in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing or a related area of study; combination of education and technical experience is also acceptable
5+ years of project management experience focused on technology consulting or professional services
Proven ability to drive operations and project management through clearly defined processes and procedures
Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce or MuleSoft platform and products; Salesforce certification highly desired
Knowledge and experience with digital experience or creative design projects a plus
Experience working with stakeholders and end users to understand business problems and identify solutions
Understanding of SDLC methodologies and a discover, design, execute and deploy project structure
Experience leading projects from start to completion and managing multiple projects in various stages
Proven ability to drive service delivery from start to finish
Ability to navigate business initiatives, persuade and negotiate, and establish long-range objectives
Metrics-driven thinker with high-level deductive reasoning skills
Organized, intuitive, collaborative problem solver effective in a complex environment
Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring and collaboration skills
Experience in agile approaches to project management
High professional and personal standards with unquestioned integrity
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively work remotely and professionally from home in a United States-based location
Ability and flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones and travel occasionally to client sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, IN
