About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate creative concepts and brand narratives into compelling graphic design solutions that strengthen the overall spatial experience
  • Collaborate closely with 3D Designers to ensure graphics and environments feel cohesive and fully integrated
  • Develop graphics for retail spaces, windows, events, POS, campaigns and large-scale brand activations
  • Create scalable graphic systems, design toolkits and guidelines for global brand rollouts
  • Contribute to the visual quality and storytelling of creative presentations
  • Provide occasional support on internal creative and marketing projects
  • Take ownership of assigned workstreams
  • Communicate design decisions confidently
  • Deliver work to agreed timelines, budgets and creative standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design, ideally across retail and brand experiences across fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and brand identity
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Experience applying 2D graphics within 3D environments
  • Understanding of spatial design and scale
  • Strong knowledge of print production and artwork preparation, including large-format graphics, vinyl applications and production specifications
  • Experience developing graphic systems, brand guidelines and scalable toolkits across multiple touchpoints
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
  • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently within tight project timelines
  • Motion design skills, including After Effects (desirable but not essential)
  • Familiarity with 3D design software and workflows (desirable but not essential)
  • Experience supporting broader art direction or campaign development (desirable but not essential)
