About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process purchase invoices and support approval workflows
- Support employee expense processing
- Assist in preparing supplier payments
- Help create and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Support reconciliation of bank transactions and financial records
- Support monthly reporting and basic financial analysis
- Assist with data preparation for management reporting
- Help monitor key financial and operational KPIs
- Identify inefficiencies in finance processes and suggest improvements
- Support automation initiatives, including tooling, workflows, and AI applications
- Assist in improving documentation and standardisation of processes
- Support the team during month-end closing activities
- Assist on ad-hoc finance projects, including systems and audit preparation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying Finance or Accounting
- Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Interest in systems/automation is a plus
- Reliable, accurate, and able to handle confidential information
- Preferred start date: February 2027
