About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own several university clients and support their student recruitment goals
Improve collaboration with university clients so they achieve results
Present results and attend in-person and virtual meetings
Understand international student recruitment across global markets
Engage with the wider Partnership Success Manager network
Analyze data with the Analytics and Consulting Team
Learn and use company systems and processes
Propose improvements and champion change
Implement, develop, evaluate and renew enrollment-based partnership campaigns across the full client journey
Provide strategic consultancy on international student recruitment and digital higher education trends and best practices
Share intelligence with clients, including projections and engagement reports
Process enrollment data and perform quality assurance
Grow collaboration with clients and university representatives, including coordinating university visits and possible travel
Identify growth opportunities that improve ROI for universities and Studyportals
Report to the North America EBP Team Leader

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications or another relevant field
Based in Monterrey, Mexico
At least 3 years of work experience in a client-facing role, ideally in sales, account management or commercial roles
(Near) native level of English, written and spoken
Great communication skills for creating strong professional relationships
Ability to work in a team and independently
Organizational and time-management skills; ability to work under pressure
Strong Excel skills and confidence using internal systems and software
Detail-oriented with analytical and critical thinking skills
Comfortable with numbers and reporting findings
Team player comfortable in an international environment
Commitment to professional and individual development
Knowledge or experience in the Higher Education industry is desirable
Ability to speak another language besides English and Spanish is desirable
International experience is a bonus
