About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop architectural designs, construction documents, and technical detailing utilizing Revit and BIM technologies.
- Prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and other project documentation.
- Participate in conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with Project Architects, Project Managers, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Conduct building code, accessibility, life safety, and zoning research.
- Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP, civil, and specialty consultant disciplines within a BIM environment.
- Support project presentations, design studies, renderings, graphics, and proposal materials.
- Participate in quality control reviews and maintain project documentation standards and BIM best practices.
- Attend project meetings and contribute to technical discussions, coordination efforts, and project planning.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on project documentation and Revit workflows.
- Support construction administration activities, including submittal reviews, RFIs, site observations, and contractor coordination.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5 to 8 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM-based project delivery.
- Experience producing construction documents across multiple project phases.
- Working knowledge of building codes, accessibility requirements, and life-safety standards.
- Experienced in technical detailing, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
