About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate marketing activity across email, social media, the website and industry events
- Maintain content calendars, assets and approvals
- Help write and schedule blogs, case studies, email campaigns and social media posts
- Research prospective clients, competitors and sector developments
- Identify insights and opportunities for products and services
- Build and maintain prioritized lists of target organizations and contacts
- Help identify decision-makers and opportunities for new business conversations
- Identify growth opportunities for existing clients
- Prepare research, briefings and sales materials
- Support conference appearances, sponsorships and marketing materials
- Conduct outreach before events and follow-up afterward
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Report on campaign performance and business development activity
- Turn findings into clear, practical insights
Requirements
What you’ll need- Around 1 - 3 years of experience in marketing, sales or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage several tasks and deadlines
- Clear, engaging written communication
- Confidence adapting content for different audiences and channels
- Confidence working with spreadsheets, data and CRM systems
- Curious, thoughtful approach to research
- Clear, friendly communication
- Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a primarily remote team
- Initiative and willingness to learn, share ideas and ask for support
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns or creating content would be useful
- Familiarity with Monday.com, Mailchimp and LinkedIn would be useful
- Experience in a B2B, SaaS or agency environment would be welcome
- Interest in arts and culture would be welcome
