  • Experience managing a complex caseload of Family Help cases
  • High level of resilience
  • Flexibility, initiative and ability to manage workload
  • Ability to prioritise and adapt practice while remaining calm under pressure
  • Ability to identify and understand risk and keep it under review throughout the case
  • Good IT skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and databases
  • Effective communication at all levels
