About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technically prepare and configure our smart home and IoT devices before shipping them to hotels
- Record and verify accommodation information
- Assign, set up, and connect devices in the system
- Ensure that all devices are fully configured, ready for use, and properly prepared for shipment
- Provide remote support to installation partners and customers with questions about assembly and commissioning
- Work closely with our development and support teams to continuously improve our processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- A careful, reliable, and self-motivated approach to work
- An interest in technology, smart home systems, and IoT
- Good German and English language skills
- Ideally, basic knowledge of electrical engineering, IT, or networking—or the motivation to learn these areas
- Enjoyment of solving technical challenges and supporting customers with their questions
