Key responsibilities & impact

Support customer consulting activities as well as the design, implementation, and deployment of customized ERP solutions, with a focus on Infor LN in Manufacturing and/or Logistics.
Gradually take on your own responsibilities and projects.
Analyze customer requirements, understand existing business processes, and identify potential areas for optimization.
Develop suitable solution approaches together with experienced colleagues.
Support the implementation of best practices and the preparation of process documentation.
Assist with the preparation and delivery of user training sessions.
Support customers in learning how to use the ERP system.
Gain insight into the proposal process and identify and assess opportunities in the Infor environment.
Contribute your own ideas and support the continued development of Infor Consulting at Sulzer.
Support the preparation of tenders, capture customer requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and help win new projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are interested in consulting, ERP systems, and business processes, and want to apply and expand your knowledge in exciting customer projects.
You have gained initial practical experience in an ERP environment, for example through internships, working student positions, vocational training, or your first professional experience.
Ideally, you already have basic knowledge of Manufacturing and/or Logistics.
You are motivated to learn Infor LN and build up new business and technical expertise.
Initial exposure to Infor LN is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
You are characterized by team spirit, initiative, and a customer-oriented approach.
You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
You are willing to travel occasionally for business.
Good German and English language skills.
