Key responsibilities & impact

Support the consulting of clients and the design, implementation, and rollout of customized ERP solutions, with a focus on Infor LN in manufacturing and/or logistics.
Analyze customer requirements, understand existing business processes, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Develop suitable solution approaches together with experienced colleagues.
Support the implementation of best practices and the preparation of process documentation.
Assist in preparing and delivering user training sessions.
Support customers in learning how to use the ERP system.
Gain insights into the proposal process and identify and assess opportunities in the Infor environment.
Contribute your own ideas to the continuous development of Infor Consulting at Sulzer.
Support the preparation of tenders, capture customer requirements, develop suitable solution concepts, and help win new projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are interested in consulting, ERP systems, and business processes and want to apply and expand your knowledge in exciting customer projects.
You have gained initial practical experience in an ERP environment, for example through internships, working student positions, vocational training, or initial professional experience.
Ideally, you have basic knowledge of manufacturing and/or logistics.
You are motivated to familiarize yourself with Infor LN and build new business and technical expertise.
Initial exposure to Infor LN is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
You demonstrate team spirit, initiative, and a customer-focused approach.
You have completed a degree in business administration, business information systems, industrial engineering, computer science, or a comparable vocational qualification.
You are willing to travel occasionally for business.
Good German and English skills complete your profile.
