About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations and liquidations
  • Progress cases efficiently and ensure key deadlines are met
  • Review and approve statutory reports, correspondence and case documentation
  • Act as a key point of contact for directors, creditors, solicitors and other stakeholders
  • Support Partners and Directors with complex case work
  • Coach and develop junior team members
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver an excellent client experience
  • Assist with business development activities and build professional networks
  • Manage cases from appointment through to closure
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience managing corporate insolvency cases
  • Strong technical knowledge of insolvency legislation and procedures
  • CPI, JIEB or other relevant insolvency qualifications would be advantageous, although not essential
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support and mentor others
