About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with business analysts
Collaborate with business analysis and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for product experience and visuals
Create user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback
Identify and resolve UX issues
Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
Produce high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces
Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into designs to enhance user experience
Adhere to font, colour, and image style guidelines
Collaborate with business analysis, engineering, and management teams to deliver tailored experiences for end users

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–7 years of experience in UI/UX design or a similar role
Strong portfolio showcasing design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final solutions
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Knowledge of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences
