About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist customers over the phone with selecting products for their vehicles
Sell automotive parts and offer upsells and cross-sells matching customer needs
Provide inbound phone sales without outbound or cold calling
Complete an 8-week paid training program covering automotive systems and parts
Work from home while serving automotive customers
Work scheduled shifts, including potential overtime
Florida, Georgia, Ohio, and Tennessee: hiring schedule Tuesday–Saturday, 1:30–10:00pm ET
Texas: hiring schedule 1:30–10:00pm CT, five days per week including Sunday

Requirements

What you’ll need

Candidates must reside in Florida, Georgia, Ohio, Tennessee or Texas
Genuine automotive interest
High level of attention to detail
Capability to deliver exceptional service
Problem-solving ability
Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet
Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external customers
Willingness to “go to work” for customers
Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free room in the house
Existing high-speed internet connection required
