About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze business issues and define requirements for IT solutions aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with program managers, project managers and project teams to gather information, model system requirements and document specifications
- Develop and implement automated system protocols to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency
- Develop workflow charts and diagrams to study system capabilities
- Write detailed specifications
- Create end-user documentation and deliver training for adoption of new systems
- Monitor project milestones, phases and elements for timely and budget-compliant delivery
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and/or maintaining applications, or configuring and using application software in a business setting
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship
