About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and integration solutions
Translate business and technical requirements into effective solution designs
Write, maintain, and optimize code, scripts, and automation tools
Partner with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Provide hands-on application support, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot issues
Contribute to system and project documentation
Champion security, compliance, and change management best practices
Identify and drive automation opportunities
Join rotational on-call support to ensure production systems run smoothly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Recent graduates with 0–2 years of internship/co-op experience, OR professionals with 3–5 years of software development or application support experience
Hands-on programming experience with JavaScript, Python, or similar
Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
Experience with scripting and automation, including PowerShell or shell scripting
Knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts, Agile, and DevOps
Sharp problem-solving and analytical thinking
Passion for learning new technologies and tools
Clear communication and collaborative teamwork
Customer-first mindset
ServiceNow development experience is a nice to have
Third-party risk management knowledge is a nice to have
Exposure to financial systems or enterprise applications is a nice to have
Cloud technologies or modern data platform expertise is a nice to have
Automation frameworks or workflow tools experience is a nice to have
