About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise software applications and integration solutions
  • Translate business and technical requirements into effective solution designs
  • Write, maintain, and optimize code, scripts, and automation tools
  • Partner with engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Provide hands-on application support, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot issues
  • Contribute to system and project documentation
  • Champion security, compliance, and change management best practices
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities
  • Participate in rotational on-call support for production systems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Recent graduates with 0–2 years of internship/co-op experience, or professionals with 3–5 years of software development or application support experience
  • Hands-on programming experience with JavaScript, Python, or similar
  • Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with scripting and automation, including PowerShell and shell scripting
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle concepts, Agile, and DevOps
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking
  • Passion for learning new technologies and tools
  • Clear communication and ability to collaborate in teams
  • Team-player mindset with a customer-first approach
  • ServiceNow development experience, third-party risk management knowledge, financial systems or enterprise application exposure, cloud technologies, automation frameworks, IT service management knowledge, or onsite-offshore delivery model experience are nice to have
