About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the strategy, planning and governance of workplace and tenant communications
  • Develop integrated communication plans and messaging supporting employee experience, operational priorities and enterprise objectives
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workplace and building communications
  • Establish and maintain communication standards, processes and best practices
  • Lead employee-facing communications, including building notices, operational updates and workplace announcements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on workplace projects, programs, events and change initiatives
  • Strengthen the CRE brand through strategic storytelling showcasing the team’s impact, services and contributions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-6+ years of relevant experience
  • University degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, consistent and audience-appropriate communication
  • Proven ability to build relationships across teams and regions
  • Proficiency in SharePoint Online, Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office
  • Corporate real estate, workplace or property management communications experience is considered an asset
  • Strategic communications planning and advisory skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to navigate complex and evolving priorities
  • Expertise in change and employee engagement communications
