About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee HR inquiries about policies, benefits, payroll, leaves, and other HR services
  • Resolve employee inquiries accurately and efficiently
  • Use case management tools to log, track, and resolve cases
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive case documentation
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies and processes and guide employees to available resources
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements
  • Participate in initiatives to enhance service delivery
  • Collaborate with HR teams, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to resolve complex or multifunctional issues
  • Ensure accurate employee data management in HR systems
  • Uphold data privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Adhere to HR policies, procedures, legal requirements, and regulatory requirements
  • Stay informed of policy updates and communicate changes to employees

  • Experience and/or post-secondary education with a focus on Human Resources is an asset
