About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a portfolio of key auto dealership service centers to drive growth in Sunbit utilization
- Focus on service-lane adoption, customer conversion, and revenue performance
- Build and maintain relationships with Fixed Ops leaders, including Service Managers, Directors, Advisors, and BDC teams
- Understand dealership workflows and align Sunbit to operational needs
- Analyze performance and revenue data to identify usage trends, adoption gaps, advisor performance, and coaching opportunities
- Set monthly goals with dealership leadership and service advisors
- Align on Sunbit usage expectations, customer presentation standards, and service-department performance metrics
- Deliver data-driven Quarterly Business Reviews covering performance results, ROI, adoption trends, and recommended action steps
- Collaborate with Regional Operations Managers on growth strategies and on-site engagement
- Track and document account activity in the CRM, including visits, trainings, advisor engagement, escalations, and performance metrics
- Provide feedback to internal teams on partner needs, operational challenges, competitive insights, and Fixed Ops trends
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to service-center teams
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of field sales or account management experience working with automotive dealerships or within Fixed Ops environments
- Proven ability to coach teams and implement processes, especially when introducing or scaling technology solutions
- Strong business and financial analysis skills
- Ability to assess performance, identify opportunities, and execute data-driven action plans
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present confidently to service-center leadership
- High proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Solid project-management capabilities
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and drive results in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to manage a large, multi-location account portfolio independently
- Willingness to travel extensively
