About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives
- Design and develop business architectures aligned with clients' strategic goals
- Identify opportunities to leverage data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to business processes, including data governance
- Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables
- Bridge business strategy and technical execution by translating complex challenges into scalable data solutions
- Develop accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to elevate delivery capabilities
- Identify new opportunities and help expand client relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, ideally within Data and Analytics
- Strong SQL skills for complex data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Familiarity with APIs
- Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies
- Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization
- Skilled at facilitating workshops, managing conflict, and building consensus
- Experience translating business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven decision maker who quantifies business value and ROI
- Analytical thinker who can break down complex problems into actionable solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred
- Databricks certification preferred
- Experience with business process modeling and analysis preferred
- Experience developing and implementing data, AI, and governance strategies preferred
- Project management and leadership experience preferred
- Experience with conceptual modeling and analysis preferred
- Change management and stakeholder engagement experience preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Advanced English level required on the application form
