About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support, enhance, and integrate core enterprise applications, including ERP, WMS, manufacturing, reporting, and integration platforms
Provide day-to-day support for ERP, WMS, and related enterprise applications
Investigate and resolve application issues, data discrepancies, and process exceptions
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation with business users
Coordinate with software vendors and implementation partners
Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scripts
Support data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting requirements
Troubleshoot database-related issues and ensure data quality, integrity, and performance
Support and enhance integrations between ERP, WMS, transportation, manufacturing, and third-party systems
Assist with API design, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation
Monitor integration performance and resolve data synchronization issues
Participate in designing and implementing new system integrations
Gather requirements, document current and future-state processes, and develop functional and technical specifications
Participate in solution architecture discussions and system design reviews
Support business systems projects, upgrades, and implementations
Participate in system, integration, UAT, and regression testing
Assist with change management, training, and deployment activities
Provide technical expertise during ERP and application modernization initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
3+ years of SQL development and database administration experience
Experience working with ERP systems in a business or manufacturing environment
Experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience designing, troubleshooting, or supporting system integrations and APIs
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server environments
Advanced SQL development, T-SQL, stored procedures, views and functions
Experience with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
Database troubleshooting and performance tuning
Data analysis and validation
ERP systems support and configuration
WMS solution support
Business process analysis and application troubleshooting
REST APIs, web services, JSON/XML
Application integrations, data mapping and transformation, and integration troubleshooting
SQL-based reporting, root cause analysis, and reporting support
Preferred: ERP migration or transformation project experience; manufacturing industry experience; SYSPRO ERP; TransLution WMS/Supply Chain solutions; middleware or integration platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or Azure Integration Services; transportation, logistics, or supply chain systems; Power BI and SSRS; Agile project delivery frameworks
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
