About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead daily outreach and storytelling for a roster of clients
- Engage with LA-based talent representatives, managers, and creators to secure partnerships
- Identify creators and social media voices for client campaigns
- Bridge brand missions with creator communities to drive authentic advocacy
- Pitch and secure collaborations across lifestyle, entertainment, and social impact
- Plan and execute influencer-led activations, red carpets, and content shoots
- Manage invite lists and on-site talent coordination
- Produce creative briefs, talent itineraries, social briefs, and executive briefing notes
- Manage account agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers
- Monitor news cycles and platform trends for client engagement opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with coworkers, talent representatives, and media
- Align client missions with the fast-moving Los Angeles social environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–3 years of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR
- Documented track record of securing partnerships
- Expertise using talent research tools to find campaign partners
- Understanding of social media and the creator economy
- Genuine interest in combining entertainment with social good
- High EQ and strong accountability
- Ability to communicate effectively with senior staff
- Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Elite research skills and ability to identify specific story or partnership connection points
- Concise, creative, sharp, persuasive, and error-free writing skills
- Proactive, entrepreneurial attitude and ability to bring fresh ideas
- Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations and time zones (nice to have)
- Experience working with a project manager on integrated communications teams (nice to have)
- Experience using talent/influencer research tools such as Celebrity Intelligence, IMDb Pro, or Julius (nice to have)
