About the role

  • Partner with internal social media, brand integration, and design experts on integrated campaigns
  • Motivate and coach junior staff
  • Provide feedback and guidance to develop future agency leaders
  • Contribute to new business proposals
  • Identify organic growth opportunities within existing account rosters

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience at the intersection of technology and public policy
  • 10+ years of PR and communications experience
  • Deep understanding of AI developments, regulatory landscapes, tech policy, and the VC ecosystem
  • Exceptional situational awareness and strong EQ
  • Executive presence for high-stakes meetings
  • Judgment and humility to empower teams or clients when necessary
  • Ability to understand policy nuances and humanize complex topics for broader audiences
  • Familiarity with real-time conversations on platforms like X
  • Ability to connect trends to client business implications
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing results reporting, budget trackers, and complex multi-project timelines
  • Ability to lead senior-level brainstorms, staff press events, and finalize media alerts
