About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure compliance with the chart of accounts and applicable standards
  • Update technical documentation, procedures, and best practices
  • Create supplier accounts in the e-invoicing and document digitization platform
  • Review, process, and record invoices
  • Set up suppliers and analytical accounting dimensions in the accounting system
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities, including accrued invoices (FNP) and prepaid expenses (CCA)
  • Process and record corporate card expenses
  • Reconcile corporate card accounts
  • Review, process, and record expense reports
  • Reconcile related accounts
  • Reconcile customer accounts
  • Contribute to monitoring through reconciliation schedules and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently in the third year of a Bachelor’s degree, or pursuing a Master’s degree, with a specialization in accounting or finance
  • Curious, logical, and analytical mindset
  • Comfortable working with software tools and motivated to learn quickly
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Initial knowledge of CEGID and Spendesk is a plus
  • One-year apprenticeship starting in September
  • Ideal schedule: on-site during the last week of each month, with flexibility depending on the academic schedule
