  • Enforce trash pick-up and related property-maintenance tasks
  • Handle governmental reporting and compliance, including weights and measures, OSHA, EPA, and Corps of Engineers requirements
  • Ensure customer and employee safety
  • Train employees in the safe use of marina equipment and job-related functions, including firefighting equipment and spill containment
  • Report to the Regional Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Five years previous management experience including direction of employees, accounting and related budgeting activities, inventory control, advertising, and customer relations
  • General accounting knowledge and basic understanding of financial statements
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with employees, customers, tenants, vendors, and government personnel
  • Must be able to independently lift, carry, push, and pull up to thirty (30) pounds
  • Must be able to swim or be willing to wear a personal flotation device in instances of emergency
  • Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing and overhead reaching occasionally
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must understand and comply with government regulations pertaining to marina operations, including OSHA, EPA, and Corps of Engineers requirements
