Key responsibilities & impact

Own the product strategy and roadmap for Spark projects from MVP through general availability
Make Spark effortless for agents and the platforms they run on
Define the path from experimentation to production, including project claiming, upgrading, and growth into the full Supabase platform
Shape packaging and pricing with Engineering, Growth, and Finance
Partner with Supabase for Platforms customers to understand their needs and prioritize Spark adoption
Define success metrics and instrument the product end to end
Use data to guide future product development

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of product management experience in developer tools or infrastructure, or experience as an ex-founder with strong product instincts
Strong perspective on agent-driven development and backend needs for developers and platforms
Knowledge of AI evaluations, controlled experimentation, and data analysis
Bias toward shipping, learning, and iterating quickly
Hands-on product building experience
Experience using AI tools for research, drafting, and feedback synthesis
Ability to work asynchronously and make decisions in writing
Experience or interest in open-source ecosystems
Ability to work remotely in a globally distributed team
