About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Investigate, report, and help fix bugs with the development team
Perform manual acceptance testing and exploratory testing
Build and maintain test case documentation
Collaborate on testing and quality assurance projects across Super Dispatch teams
Facilitate collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers during development and testing
Contribute as a member of an autonomous, cross-functional agile team
Help ensure the stability and quality of STMS Web and services

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–4+ years of QA experience
At least 2 years of experience working in an agile product-driven environment as a QA Engineer
Strong analytical mindset and ability to analyze complex problems and find root causes
Expertise in API testing
Comfort testing REST endpoints using Postman or similar tools
Strong desire to practice test automation
Solid understanding of client-server architecture
Knowledge of HTTP and ability to debug using Browser DevTools
Strong knowledge of test design techniques
Upper-intermediate level of English
Test automation experience is a plus
Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript is a plus
Ability to write simple scripts and read developers’ code is a plus
Understanding of CI/CD processes is a plus
