About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct state-of-the-art reviews, literature reviews, and technology monitoring on the assigned topic
- Perform simulations and tests based on specifications
- Prepare factual reports for the R&D Manager or Project Manager
- Contribute to the development of new technologies, from designing physical or digital mock-ups through their preparation and testing
- Manage the resources required to prepare mock-ups and conduct tests
- Summarize and present results during internal or project meetings
- Contribute to the preparation of scientific or technical reports, publications, reviews, and brochures
- Participate in conferences or communications events to present technical results
- Contribute to developing customer collaborations and services through technical discussions and project execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recently awarded a PhD or holder of an engineering degree or a Master’s degree (five years of higher education) specializing in Mechanical Engineering, Energy, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Proficiency in electrical modeling and testing
- Ability to work independently and lead innovative research projects
- Initial experience, ideally in the design of high- or medium-voltage equipment
- Proficiency in English required
- Ability to work effectively in a project-based environment
- Strong ability to interact with external customers
- Excellent ability to synthesize and summarize information
- Curiosity, autonomy, and rigor
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit
