About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee project logistics throughout the lifecycle of home improvement and maintenance projects
  • Ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and subcontractors
  • Coordinate schedules for technicians and subcontractors to meet project timelines
  • Communicate project updates and status reports to clients and internal teams
  • Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with vendors to obtain quotes and manage procurement processes

  • Assist in dispatching field crews and ensuring materials and permits are secured timely

Requirements

What you’ll need
