About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own end-to-end execution of Employee Listening & People Insights programs, including Peakon administration, survey and pulse execution, qualitative listening, reporting, and stakeholder follow-up
  • Analyze employee feedback, participation trends, and listening program data to identify themes and recommend improvements
  • Execute defined components of performance management, talent discussions, and succession programs, including research, resource creation, and follow-up
  • Analyze performance and talent program data and participant feedback to identify trends and implement tactical improvements
  • Support learning and development programs, including facilitating recurring sessions and improving content and resources
  • Develop tools, resources, and content supporting career growth and leadership readiness
  • Maintain updates to job leveling guides and job architecture resources with the Talent Management Manager and Compensation team
  • Train and support managers and employees on assigned performance, talent, development, and listening programs
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations; identify issues and propose solutions
  • Provide continuity coverage across performance, talent, and development programs during team absences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience in talent management, performance management, learning and development, employee listening, organizational design, or related Human Resources roles
  • Strong understanding of performance management, talent development, employee listening, or related talent management principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret program and employee data, identify trends, and make data-informed recommendations
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage employees, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage recurring programs or projects independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and follow through on commitments
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

  • Preferred: Bachelors degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology
