Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Full Stack Developer team, including assigning and prioritizing work, setting expectations, and overseeing workload
Conduct 1:1s, provide performance feedback, set goals, and contribute to performance reviews
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to developers
Lead code reviews and establish coding standards and best practices
Lead onboarding and training for new developers
Escalate complex technical issues and production incidents; guide troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
Contribute to technical design and architecture decisions
Report team progress, capacity, and risks to the VP-Development
Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs and Azure Functions using C#, ASP.NET Web API, and .NET Core/.NET 8/9
Build and maintain Angular front-end features
Implement and troubleshoot OAuth/OpenID Connect, PKCE, and Microsoft Entra ID authentication and authorization flows
Write, tune, and troubleshoot SQL Server stored procedures, including indexing and query performance tuning
Develop and support Azure Service Bus queue processing and retry patterns
Deploy, host, and monitor services using Azure Container Apps
Monitor application health and diagnose production issues using Azure Application Insights and Kusto queries
Write PowerShell scripts for automation, AWS SSO administration, and VPN/network troubleshooting
Collaborate with analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Contribute to Supplylogic projects, including supplier integrations, and participate in onboarding and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

Prior experience leading, mentoring, or providing direction to other developers, ideally in a working/hands-on lead capacity
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience conducting code reviews and establishing or enforcing development standards and best practices
Advanced C# proficiency (.NET Framework, .NET Core, APIs, Azure Functions)
Advanced SQL proficiency, including SQL Server stored procedures, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Intermediate PowerShell proficiency for automation, AWS SSO, and VPN/network troubleshooting
Advanced ASP.NET Web API knowledge
Advanced .NET Core/.NET 8/9 knowledge
Advanced OAuth/OpenID Connect knowledge, including PKCE and Entra ID flows
Advanced Microsoft Entra ID knowledge
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and at least one major UI framework (React, Vue, Angular)
Advanced Microsoft Azure knowledge, including Function Apps, Service Bus, and Container Apps
Advanced Azure Service Bus knowledge
