About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the liaison between customers and their data to engineer better workflows from project inception to delivery
Read external files from clients in various data formats
Help ensure files are converted in the system using multiple data applications to workflow-standard output file formats
Verify converted files for completeness and accuracy
Collaborate with Project Managers, Market Account Specialists, and customer support positions to meet or exceed customer expectations for graphics and designs
Schedule conference calls and regular communication with clients and vendors regarding process status, project strategy, and requirement changes
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and communicate client feedback
Make recommendations for product enhancements
Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the role

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-7 years experience with business operations or systems development
Knowledge of competition, industry happenings and how the Company is positioning itself is a plus
Open-minded and adaptable to change
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Facilitation and negotiation skills
Teamwork oriented
High School Diploma required
Bachelor's degree preferred
