About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform general ledger accounting functions, including reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset management, and month-end close processes
Perform detailed reconciliations of cash, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory, customer deposits, and other accounts
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and ad-hoc analyses
Provide clients with financial reporting for outsourced projects
Conduct monthly variance analysis and identify trends
Support GAAP compliance, tax reporting compliance, internal controls, and audit-readiness
Assist with audit processes by preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries
Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance accounting processes
Provide backup support for cash flow management, treasury functions, business license filing, cash receipts, and disbursements
Complete other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Report to the Controller and partner with FP&A, offshore shared service teams, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in accounting with strong general ledger and financial reporting skills
CPA or active CPA candidate preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
Proficiency with ERP systems
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
Strong analytical mindset
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
