About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow a portfolio of outsourcing advisors, consultants, and broker relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner relationships
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new referral partners
- Build a pipeline of advisory firms aligned with target verticals and deal sizes
- Manage the full referral lifecycle from intake and qualification through handoff to sales
- Track deal status and close the loop with referring partners
- Advocate internally for partner-sourced deals
- Coordinate with sales, solutions, and marketing to ensure fast turnaround and a strong prospect experience
- Educate partners on service offerings, technology stack, and points of differentiation
- Develop and execute partner engagement cadences, including check-ins, business reviews, newsletters, and co-marketing touchpoints
- Represent the organization at industry events, advisor conferences, and networking functions
- Track partner performance and referral pipeline in the CRM
- Report on partner-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue
- Collaborate with marketing on partner enablement content such as one-pagers, case studies, and battlecards
- Provide leadership with market feedback on partner needs, competitive positioning, and emerging outsourcing advisory trends
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 to 5 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, business development, or a client-facing role within a BPO, BPS, or outsourcing organization
- Proven track record of building and managing a referral or channel pipeline that translated into closed revenue
- Strong relationship-management skills, serving as the primary point of contact for an external network of influencers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to represent a tech-forward BPO story credibly to sophisticated advisors
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-directed and organized, managing a multi-partner portfolio with minimal oversight
- Willingness to travel for industry events and in-person partner meetings, estimated at 15% to 25%
- Availability to work US Business Hours
- Familiarity with the outsourcing advisory ecosystem, including sourcing advisors, consultants, and brokers (preferred)
- Prior experience at a BPO, BPS, or CX outsourcing company, or on the advisory or consulting side of that ecosystem (preferred)
- Experience building partner enablement programs or co-marketing campaigns from the ground up (preferred)
