About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full recruitment cycle from application to job offer
Monitor automated hiring flows and step in where a personalized approach is needed
Conduct interviews for roles that follow the standard hiring process
Assess candidates' communication skills, experience, and overall fit for the role
Provide detailed feedback on interviewed candidates
Keep candidate data accurate and up to date in the ATS
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Act as an ambassador of SupportYourApp and promote the company’s brand and values

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent communication skills of written and spoken English (C1+)
Experience with Workable ATS is a must
At least 1−2 years of Talent Acquisition or Recruiter experience
Good time management skills with the ability to juggle various open positions
Experience with recruiting candidates through different job websites
Sourcing skills
Open, easy-going personality
Knowledge of AI recruiting tools (a plus)
Any other foreign language knowledge (a plus)
