About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Read and review incoming emails in the order mailbox to ensure all requests are logged efficiently
Handle inbound customer inquiries during evening/night shifts and provide timely, helpful solutions
Review and validate order details to ensure data integrity and accurate record-keeping
Flag missing, unclear, or problematic information across processed orders
Compile and submit a comprehensive weekly issues report

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent English and French communication skills (C1 for both spoken and written)
Experience handling end-to-end order processing, reports, order entry, and fulfillment tracking
Strong ability to maintain accurate data with high attention to detail
Strong sense of accountability and time management to compile and deliver weekly reports strictly on deadline
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently
Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Familiarity or past experience with Odoo is a plus
