Key responsibilities & impact

Generate reports and present them through dashboards as an individual contributor
Manage MIS and Power BI reports across F&A processes, including Order Management, O2C, P2P, R2R, and FP&A
Process CRM reports and present the results
Identify performance gaps and create dashboards to support decision-making and process changes in Operations
Perform MIS reporting using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and VBA macros
Create and share daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly SLA, KPI, and operational-process reports according to client requirements
Deliver high-quality end products with quick turnaround times
Implement practices and processes to improve operational efficiency in generating and maintaining daily MIS data and updating management

What you’ll need

3–5 years of experience
Strong educational background
Proficiency in reporting tools
Preference for MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
MS Power BI is good to have
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work cooperatively and constructively in a multicultural team environment
Self-driven and result-oriented
Problem-solving skills
High customer orientation
