Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with ticket resolution, analysis, configurations, coordination, testing, and installation of technological equipment
  • Support mobile device hardware, software, peripherals, LANs, and other related end-user devices
  • Assist with informal training of computer and mobile device users
  • Assist in maintaining asset control
  • Adhere to departmental and system policy directives
  • Maintain the highest level of data security

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Apple OS/IOS operating systems
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and associated file systems
  • Basic knowledge of network topologies
  • Basic knowledge of quality control methods, problem identification, and resolution analysis
  • Technical knowledge of installing, upgrading, and maintaining end user devices in a large corporate environment
  • Basic network troubleshooting knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of ITIL Foundations concepts
  • Adept in time management within provided guidelines
  • Ability to analyze information, problems, situations, practices, or procedures to identify relevant concerns and factors
  • Ability to validate and submit knowledge base updates and additions
  • Functional understanding of project management concepts
  • Availability for day/evening shifts, Monday–Friday variable schedule, and weekends as needed
