About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer, support, and optimize Visage viewer, PowerScribe 360, Continuum, Aidoc, and RadAI
- Manage imaging workflows, reporting and voice recognition solutions, DICOM/HL7 interfaces, API integrations, image routing, hanging protocols, and system performance
- Support Windows server, virtualization, storage, and workstation infrastructure
- Lead technology implementations, upgrades, testing, and operational improvement initiatives
- Partner with radiologists, clinicians, vendors, and IT teams to deliver efficient, reliable, and innovative imaging services
- Serve as the primary development contact for assigned applications
- Provide technical support and develop and optimize applications to achieve operational goals
- Develop and maintain assigned application areas
- Collaborate across teams to support and develop applications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3 years recent relevant experience
- Must be very knowledgeable in a variety of system analysis techniques
- Knowledge of organizational policies, industry best practices, procedures, and business operations
- Knowledge extending beyond the assigned application
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Weekend work as needed
