Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of the required degree or diploma
  • 8 years of recent relevant experience
  • Experience in healthcare preferred
  • Knowledge of healthcare administration and reimbursement
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry and trends, including new technologies, state databases, and market competitors
  • Working knowledge of financial analysis principles, methods, practices, and procedures
  • Working knowledge of financial modeling
  • Working knowledge of computerized accounting/financial systems
  • Ability to translate complex financial data and analysis into reports and presentations
  • Ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory and legal requirements
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize workload, meet strict timelines, and complete assignments accurately and timely
