Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Must reside in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, or Florida
  • Current California State NP or PA License
  • CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
  • Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
  • Active DEA registration
