Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program
  • Occupational Therapist (OT) certification/licensure
  • Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS) certification
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
  • Critical thinking, complex problem solving, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge and application of professional practice and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to organize multiple priorities and complete duties within expected timelines
  • Computer and required technology proficiency/competencies
  • Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conflict resolution, teamwork/collaboration, customer service, and community relations abilities
  • Ability to retain and apply new knowledge and skills
  • Ability to teach and educate others, including public speaking
  • Ability to assess competencies and develop training materials and competency assessments
